Tapping – Emotional Freedom Technique

I have known about tapping for a few years, but just found a very informative site which explains how to relieve stress & anxiety (as an example).  Tapping can be used with any issue or concern.  I love how I feel after tapping!

It is simply connecting with the earth energy by being barefoot!  If you can’t get to the beach then sit in your garden, or go to the park and take your shoes off, and wiggle your toes!

Just wanted to mark the passing today of a friend, Bill Weir. Bill lived his life fully, maybe not within everyone’s view of social convention…but with gusto and passion! Everyone who knew him had a “Bill Weir story” This man has a huge number of friends and family who supported him until his last breath. It was a good thing to witness.
